People challenge each other to show and develop their best qualities. It encourages optimal specialisation and division of labour.
- "Am I getting the position in this network that I want, deserve, need?".
- "Can I really trust the others, are they serious, can they make true what they promise?
- "Can we also disagree with each other without damage?"
If the answers to such questions are positive, then competition contributes to vital space.
